Holabebe Emerald Rechargeable Double Breast pump is warranted to the original user – whether institutional or individual (“First User”) – only. From the date of the First User’s purchase of this product, Holabebe Network Sdn Bhd warrants the Product to the First User against defects in material or workmanship for a period of two years for the pump mechanism.

Product that NOT PURCHASED with HOLABEBE AUTHORIZED PLATFORM is NOT COVERED under this WARRANTY. HOLABEBE does NOT warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. HOLABEBE is NOT responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use. The warranty does NOT apply:
PLEASE NOTE: Your Warranty Claim Cannot be processed unless we receive a copy of your proof of purchase and warranty item. Once completed please allow up to 7 workings days for your claim to be processed. The shipping fees from customer to HOLABEBE office will be fully borne by customer; meanwhile the shipping fees from HOLABEBE to the customer will be fully borne by HOLABEBE.
HOLABEBE warranty does not cover damage caused by 3rd party handling whilst travelling. The customer must report this to HOLABEBE within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage.
