Thank you for purchasing a Breast pump and Warmer from us and taking brief time to register it. Your registration enforces your warranty coverage and will keep you up to date on product information and offers. Please read and understand the warranty and service policy clearly before you register for your product. If product information incorrect, HOLABEBE reserves the right to change or cancel service. Online product warranty service is only available for product which purchased with HOLABEBE AUTHORIZED PLATFORM ONLY.

To Register your product, you will need the photos attachment of Service Card and Receipt.


3 months Warranty (from Date of Childbirth) & Lifetime Service

The warranty covers not only manufacturing defect by us but also some specific part and accessories of the breast pump and warmer. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within a Warranty Period, at its option, HOLABEBE will either

  1. Exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product
  2. Repair the hardware defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts HOLABEBE may request that you replace defective parts with new or refurbished user-installable parts that HOLABEBE provides in fulfilment of its warranty obligation.

Product that NOT PURCHASED with HOLABEBE AUTHORIZED PLATFORM is NOT COVERED under this WARRANTY. HOLABEBE does NOT warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free. HOLABEBE is NOT responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product's use. The warranty does NOT apply:

  1. To damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes;
  2. To damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by HOLABEBE;
  3. To damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of HOLABEBE AUTHORISED PLATFORM;
  4. To a product or part that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of HOLABEBE.
  5. HOLABEBE is NOT responsible for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to Loss of use; Loss of revenue; Loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts);Loss of the use of money; Loss of anticipated savings; Loss of business; Loss of opportunity; Loss of goodwill; Loss of reputation; Loss of Damage to or Corruption of Data: Any indirect or consequential loss and Damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment; Foregoing limitation shall not apply to death or personal injury claims

PLEASE NOTE: Your Warranty Claim cannot be processed unless we receive a copy of your proof of purchase and warranty item. Once completed please allow up to 7 workings days for your claim to be processed. The shipping fees from customer to HOLABEBE office will be fully borne by customer; meanwhile the shipping fees from HOLABEBE to the customer will be fully borne by HOLABEBE.

HOLABEBE warranty does not cover damage caused by 3rd party handling whilst travelling. The customer must report this to HOLABEBE within 3 days of receipt of the product. Failure to report physical damage on arrival within 3 days of receipt may result in denial of warranty for physical damage.

  2. You will receive a confirmation call from HOLABEBE. Warranty item sent in without Service Card and Receipt will delay the processing of your claim.
  3. Ship the warranty item include a COPY of the Original Receipt and your Service Card via a TRACEABLE courier to:
